Long tables and chairs for around 400 people in auditorium Risers and bingo machine set up  3 long tables & 2 chairs set up outside the auditorium by the courtyard doors for bingo card distribution 2 tables by the concession stand 1 round table with 2 chairs by the music room for raffle ticket sales 1 round table and 2 chairs by the entrance to the auditorium hallway
